ALAİYE HOMES EMLAK İNŞAAT

We are one of the oldest real estate firms in Alanya. Established around 1990 by Mr. Metin Çeliker, our company has built a reputation for reliability, operating with a strong commitment to business ethics and a foundation of trust. In 1996, Mr. Çeliker began operating under the umbrella of the TURYAP real estate network; he later founded Alaiye Emlak in 2000, followed by the establishment of Alaiye Homes. In 2001, he was joined by his son, Sait Çeliker, and together they expanded their operations across three offices, implementing a systematic approach. Through their involvement in construction activities, they successfully delivered numerous projects and achieved significant commercial success in Alanya within a short period. Guided by core principles of trust, oversight, and dedication, they facilitated a large volume of land sales and even launched a "land exchange" (market) for the Alanya region. Following the passing of Mr. Metin Çeliker in June 2008, his son, Sait Çeliker, took up the mantle, continuing the work his father began under the name "Group Alaiye Homes Real Estate Investment Office." We have made a name for ourselves through our proven track record of successful projects. As a company, we have come a long way in the Alanya investment market. Since 1990, we have operated under the guiding principle: "We do not profit unless our clients profit." Furthermore, drawing on my own background in the jewelry sector—where I was active between 1995 and 2001—we bring extensive experience to our work. It is our honor and pride to serve you, our valued clients and investors.
